by owning my designs/commissioning me you immediately agree to my T.O.S.
COMMISSION T.O.S
- when commissioning me please know exactly what you'd like! please don't be vague.
listing me info such as image references or descriptions is required!- my commissions can take a while due to mental/physical health or in real life things. max turnaround time is 2-4 months- payment is upfront via paypal only. I will be updating you on sketch then finished artwork!
changes can only be made in sketch, after that I will not be changing it unless its minor adjustments.- I can send you the finale artwork through discord, toyhouse, or email! just let me know which way you'd like me to send it through ^^ (I prefer to send through email for better quality)
DESIGN T.O.S
- do not sell my designs for more than bought without additional artwork added that's not art/gift art for free.- do not delete the profile off of toyhouse please. If privating profile please let me know, authorization isn't needed but is preferred- making changes of my design is okay, just don't redesign it completely to the point it's unrecognizable, making alternative forms are okay.- please do not use my designs for any problematic things such as proship, hate speech, and more!!- do not white wash/ lighten skin of any bipoc designs i've made.
OTHER
if using my art as pfp/banner or posting on social media please credit me!
using my art to make personal merchandise such as keychains, acrylic stands, etc is allowed!
I can cancel the commission for any reason.
If you'd like it done by a deadline please let me know and I'll see if I can do it!
If you'd like to edit the artwork please let me know beforehand!
